Educated: Grammar school in Liverpool [1958 - 1965]. University of Wales, U.C. Swansea [1965 - 1969]. Honours degree in Political Science and Government. Diploma in Counselling.

Family Details: Married to Wendy [1977]. Three children, Dominic [b.1978] Tim [b.1980 / died* 1993] Abigail [b. 1981]

Career: Worked in Personnel / Human Resources roles in the UK Manufacturing sector for 30 years. In 1998 set up own HR Consultancy, specialising in Career Transition and Executive Coaching.

Publications / Media: 'Tim: An Ordinary Boy', published by Hodder in 1994. Numerous articles published in the national and regional media. Hosted television series, 'An Interview with Colin Parry' on Granada Television.

Fellowships: Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development [FCIPD]. The Paul Harris Fellowship [Rotary International] in…'appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world'. Fellow of Warrington College [University of Chester].
